Celebrate Vinita’s place on Route 66 at the 11th Annual Vinita Route 66 Festival, happening June 13-14, 2025, in downtown Vinita, Oklahoma! This fun-filled weekend kicks off Friday night with a block party featuring live music, food trucks, and a Kids Zone Inflatable Park.
On Saturday, the fun continues with a classic car show, live entertainment, a sidewalk chalk contest, a Power Wheels parade for kids, arts & crafts vendors, and more. Explore Vinita’s history with open houses at the Cherokee Cultural and Welcome Center and Eastern Trails Museum.
Enjoy a weekend of family-friendly fun in Oklahoma’s second-oldest town, home to Cyrus Avery, the “Father of Route 66”!
