This unforgettable parade-style event features the iconic herd accompanied by riders, motorized groups, and staged Old West shootouts, all celebrating Amarillo’s roots as a major cattle-shipping hub of the late 1800s and early 1900s.
The drive follows a historic route from downtown to the Tri-State Fairgrounds, where the Longhorns remain on display during the Coors Cowboy Club Ranch Rodeo. Spectators are encouraged to line the streets, cheer on the herd, and enjoy this unique celebration of Western heritage in the heart of Amarillo.
