The legendary Starbird Rod & Custom Show returns with another powerhouse weekend of chrome, craftsmanship, and custom car culture along historic Route 66. As the largest indoor car show in the Midwest, this iconic event brings together more than 1,000 super rods, customs, classics, competition cars, antiques, trucks, wild creations, and vendors from across the nation—all under one roof.

Elite builders will compete for top honors, including the coveted “Go for the Gold” $10,000 award, alongside numerous class awards and special recognitions. Guests can explore stunning builds, meet industry legends, shop automotive vendors, and experience decades of hot rod history in a family-friendly atmosphere.

The show also features the Rockin’ Billy Bash, celebrating traditional rod and kustom culture with pinstripers, tattoo artists, contests, pedal car races, live rock ’n’ roll, and more. For those who prefer to roll in for a day, the outdoor Cool Car Corral cruise-in offers full access to both the outdoor and indoor shows.

This year’s Live Action Arena amps up the excitement with demolition derby thrills, mini bike drags, and freestyle hooning—including donuts, burnouts, and flame throwers. Spectators can enjoy the action from bleachers or get closer at floor level.
