Absolutely delicious dinner and a must-eat while in Winslow. I started with their signature soup and both halves (corn and black bean) were equally perfect together, had a sweet prickly pear margarita, and finished with the bison short ribs that were slow cooked in a blackberry and chile BBQ sauce. Everything was so good! The menu changes all the time with local, seasonal ingredients. They also have a walk-up window for drinks and coffee and earlier in the day I got a yummy prickly pear lemonade to enjoy as I walked around the property.
