I loved my meal at Missouri Hick Bar-B-Que. I couldn’t resist getting the sampler platter to try the pulled pork, beef brisket, and ribs (the pulled pork was my favorite) and balanced out all the meat with two vegetables: corn on the cob and poppy seed coleslaw. I also enjoyed walking around the property to check out all the fun decor.
The best part was that it was right next to the Wagon Wheel Motel, so if you’re staying there you can just walk over and don’t even have to think about parking your car.
